What is Capacity to Care?

From time to time Bella Graphics has excess production capacity. We choose to put our excess capacity to good use by helping non-profit organizations whose mission is consistent with our corporate values with our Capacity to Care program.

How to Apply

Non-profits fill out a simple online application. If the application is approved, the non-profit organization is sent an award letter for their grant. Bella matches the project on a dollar-for-dollar matching basis by contributing up to 50% on any graphics arts, copy writing and large format printing projects in the form of a discount. Bella will provide a 25% discount to non-profits on display hardware.

This offer is not intended for rush or emergency projects that have a fast approaching deadline. The goal of this program is to fill excess capacity. You can expect most graphic design, copy writing and/or print projects to be produced within 4 weeks, unless advised that it will be longer. So please plan ahead.

Rules of the Capacity to Care Program
• Expect a minimum of 4 weeks lead-time unless advised it will be longer.
• In cases where sponsors are listed, Bella Graphics & Display must be identified as a contributing sponsor at a level that is consistent with the donations of your other sponsors. The listing shall be “Bella Graphics & Display Capacity to Care Grant”
• Payment for goods and service(s) shall be made at the time goods and services are received. No credit terms are offered under the Capacity to Care Program. Bella Graphics does accept all major credit cards.
• Organization agrees to provide a picture of the project so that Bella can use the image on its Capacity to Care web page and provide a link to the organization to help further promote the organization. Bella would appreciate a reciprocal link if possible.
